House Flooded

Chicago house flooded due to some problem upstairs (perhaps pipe(s) leading to the guest bathroom wore compromised), based on statements the kitchen ceiling and floor will need replaced. Word repeated by the realtor is "extensive" (though I don't know what his definition of that is).
