Ouch! Right in the kisser!

Amanda had to have two root canals continued yesterday, no fun. She had the process started on Monday where the dentist drilled and drilled and drilled and then had it continued yesterday where the doctor drilled and drilled and drilled some more. Now she has temporary filler in there while she waits for the posts and crowns. She's not liking how it feels.

As we were saying our nightly prayers last night one of our cats (the big one of course) decided to take a flying leap and landed right on Amanda's cheek (that immediately houses the two broken and being repaired teeth) and used her as a springboard. Never before have either of us have had our face landed on by one of our houligans, it had to be last night and it had to be right at the worst location! In went the Motrin and out went the lights.

As we've gone through this dentist work it'd dawned on me that if we have kids they should have my teeth and Amanda's eyes, just not the other way around!
