I thought that in today's era of political correctness and over-protective atmosphere that no-one would be able to say something like this, let alone publish it! I thought that the modern, elightened, viewpoint was that nothing is ever your fault (unless of course it happens to be good stuff!)
Anyway, I'm glad to see that someone, anyone, is stating that individuals can be to blame and should take ownership. How preposterous!
