Something's fishy

Saw this article in the Anchorage Daily News, I don't have much to say other than they might as well be asking Chicagoans to forego hot dogs, they might as well be asking Italians to forego pasta, they might as well be asking Chinese to forego rice, they might as well be asking Londoners to forego .... .... .... sorry, nothing that they shouldn't forego.
